1 faktor: zanyar diyar kirin ku çima em ber bi şîraniyan ve têne kişandin

Scientists have proven that what products we choose depends on whether we managed to get enough sleep before that or not.

Lack of sleep makes a person make the wrong food choices. That is, instead of healthy and wholesome (and more logical for consumption) food, we are beginning to be drawn to unhealthy foods – sweets, coffee, pastries, fast food.

Staff at King’s College London conducted a study with 2 groups of volunteers. One group increased the duration of sleep by one and a half hours, the second group (it was called “control”) did not change the sleep time. During the week, participants kept a sleep and food diary, and also wore a sensor that recorded How long people actually slept and how long they fell asleep.

As a result, it turned out that longer sleep had a positive effect on the set of foods consumed… Even just one extra hour of sleep each night reduced the cravings for sweets and helped to maintain a healthy diet.

Get enough sleep and be healthy!
