You can do the cleaning until you turn blue, but half an hour after you put the rag aside, it will reappear on the surfaces – dust.

Dust doesn’t come out of nowhere. Some part of it is brought in by a draft from the street, some appears because of home textiles – it throws microparticles into the air, which turn into dust, and we create a considerable part ourselves. House dust is also particles of our skin, hair, pet hair. But there are things that increase the amount of dust in the room.

Humidify

It would seem that everything should be the other way around: the dust settles due to moisture, we remove it – and voila, everything is clean. In fact, this is not entirely true. In a humid environment, dust mites are much more likely to breed, which increase the amount of dust in the house. Therefore, it is recommended to maintain the humidity at 40-50 percent. Better yet, buy an air purifier that will absorb this very dust. And in a humidifier, use filtered water with a minimum salt content – when the water dries up, salts scatter around the room and settle on all surfaces.

One of the most powerful sources of dust is sheets. Dust mites, pet dander, and skin particles accumulate in the bed. All this sooner or later migrates into the air. Therefore, the bed should be made half an hour after waking up, not earlier, and the bed linen should be changed once a week.

Home Appliances

Textile

This is a real dust collector. Upholstered furniture, curtains, bedspreads, pillows – dust is stuffed into the texture of the fabric with pleasure. In it, of course, dust mites breed. Such “soft” cozy apartments are a pure punishment for allergy sufferers. Of course, you don’t have to throw away your furniture. But you need to clean the upholstery and wash the curtains regularly.

Kulpên

There is nothing to say – literally everything clings to the pile of the carpet, from street dirt to the hair of pets. Vacuuming once a week is definitely not an option. We also need wet cleaning, and more often.

Open cabinets

Where does dust come from in a closed wardrobe? From clothes – these are particles of fabric, and our skin, and detergents. But if there are doors, the dust at least remains inside and you can simply wipe the shelves. If this is an open cabinet or just a hanger, then new horizons open up for dust.

And other waste paper. The only exceptions are hardcover books, other printed materials contribute to the formation of house dust. Wrapping paper is on this list too, so get rid of it right away. As well as from empty boxes.

Nebatên malê

On the street, a considerable part of the dust is microparticles of dried earth. In the house, the situation is the same: the more open ground, the more dust. And now, when in every second apartment the window sills are decorated with seedlings, there is generally plenty of space for dust.

Shoes and doormat

No matter how we wipe our feet, some of the street dirt will seep into the rooms. And it also spreads from the rug – already through the air. Here the only way out is to clean the rug every day, and put the shoes in a closed bedside table.
