  • Dental checkup – it should be performed about every six months, already in boys who have grown all their permanent teeth and in teenagers
  • Testing the level of electrolytes – this test is recommended for men over 30 years of age. This helps to detect certain heart conditions and disorders of the heart. This examination is valid for 3 years
  • Ophthalmological examination – should be performed at least once after the age of 30, together with the examination of the fundus
  • Hearing test – it can be performed only around the age of 40 and is valid for the next 10 years
  • X-ray of the lungs – an important prophylactic examination that is recommended to men over 40 years of age
  • Prostate control – a preventive examination recommended for men over 40; per rectal
  • Testing for occult blood in the stool – an important test that should be performed after the age of 40
  • Colonoscopy – examination of the large intestine should be performed by men over 50, every 5 years
