Danasîna derveyî ya fungus

The fruiting body of the pale milky (Lactarius pallidus) consists of a stem and a cap, and also has a hymenophore with plates descending along the stem, sometimes branching and having the same color as the cap. The diameter of the cap itself is about 12 cm, and in immature mushrooms it has a convex shape, while in mature mushrooms it becomes funnel-shaped, depressed, with a slimy and smooth surface, of a light ocher color.

The length of the stem of the mushroom is 7-9 cm, and in thickness it can reach 1.5 cm. The color of the stem is the same as that of the cap, inside it is empty, characterized by a cylindrical shape.

The spore powder is characterized by a white-ocher color, contains fungal spores 8 * 6.5 microns in size, is characterized by a rounded shape and the presence of hair spikes.

Mushroom pulp has a cream or white color, pleasant aroma, large thickness and spicy taste. The milky juice of this type of mushroom does not change its hue in the air, it is white, plentiful, but tasteless, characterized only by a sharp aftertaste.

Edibility

The pale milky (Lactarius pallidus) is considered a conditionally edible mushroom, it is usually salted with other varieties of mushrooms. The taste and nutritional qualities of the pale milkweed have been little studied.
